Jason Valois PT, DPT joined North Idaho Physical Therapy in July of 2021 as a staff Physical Therapist. He is a graduate from the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas, where he earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Prior to receiving his Doctorate degree, Jason pursued his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health from the University of Idaho.
As a Physical Therapist, Jason utilizes his outpatient clinical experience, manual therapy skillset, and knowledge of therapeutic exercise to offer a tailored and individualized treatment plan for each patient. Jason is passionate about serving all age ranges of patients, with a particular interest in serving active younger and older adults. As a former athlete, outdoor recreationist, and former soldier in the U.S. Army, Jason can appreciate the desire for patients to return to their sport or to their active lifestyle. Jason is skilled and trained in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with a passion for treating the neck, low back, and shoulder. As a Physical Therapist at NIPT, it is Jason’s desire to help all patients return to doing the activities they love and enjoy.
Jason was born and raised in Coeur d’Alene, ID, living here until 2013 when he left for Kansas to serve for the U.S. Army. Jason is excited to be back to the Coeur d’Alene area and serve the wonderful people of this community through his work as a Physical Therapist. As a native to this area, Jason enjoys all opportunities to experience and explore the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. Outside of the office, you can find Jason fly fishing on the North Fork of the Coeur d’Alene River, riding his RZR, woodworking, hiking, at the gym, or spending time with his family.
