Justin is a CDA native as well as 2009 CHS Alumni. Growing up he was constantly active with skateboarding and water activities in the summers, snowboarding in the winters, and filling the rest of his time with organized sports and guitar. Justin attended Carroll College, in Helena, MT where he played defensive back on the football team and was a guitar player for the jazz ensemble. In college he discovered a passion for CrossFit and coaching functional movements in a group setting. He is currently developing and running a functional training program through our human performance division (BioPerformance Institute). Justin received his Physical Therapist Assistant degree through NIC in 2019 and is excited to offer his physical therapy and training skills through North Idaho Physical Therapy and to give back to his hometown.
