Zach is a Montana native who earned his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carroll College. He then went on to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana. He began his career working in an outpatient chronic pain clinic and then went to work in the acute care setting at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane. Zach is a former collegiate basketball player at NIC and Carroll College. In their spare time, he and his wonderful wife Mandy enjoy backpacking, trail running, gardening and traveling.
