Cristen was born and raised in Post Falls, ID. She graduated from Post Falls High School. Following high school, she attended Boise State and furthered her education in Maine at University of New England for PT school. She then returned home to start her career. Cristen has enjoyed treating the orthopedic population especially shoulder, knee and ankle diagnosis’. Cristen plans on furthering her education by pursuing a manual therapy certificate and a Selective Movement Assessment Certification. Cristen believes in the use of a functional approach when treating her patients.

She enjoys the outdoors that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She love to spends time with her husband and daughter and enjoys fly fishing, snowmobiling, hiking and basketball.
