Karen was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She attended the University of Wyoming where she participated in intramural sports, swing dancing, and was a personal trainer. She went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University. Karen enjoys spending her free time outside whenever possible with friends, family, and her dog Toby.
